Pedro Serrano

gb To our English speaking friends:
Only the first minute of the mp3-file is in German, but the whole interview is in English.
Prof. Pedro Serrano from Chile tells us the story of a solar restaurant which was initiated by a group of women in a remote area in Chile which has become a tourist attraction. And he tells us something about the factors of success of solar cooking projects in general, and in the end he shares with us his view on the CONSOLFOOD-2016 conference.
